Proud to be Independent and Proud to be Local

For several years, we have assisted families in creating bespoke funerals that truly reflect the unique values, character, and traditions of their loved ones. Our passion for serving bereaved families and our unparalleled commitment to client service excellence make us stand out. There is no greater honor than helping to celebrate a life lived. As dedicated local professionals and trusted funeral directors in Wirral, we ensure that every detail is looked after, time after time. This commitment has established us as a respected part of the community in Moreton, where families consistently recognize our exceptional care. Moreover, our clients find comfort knowing that they will work with just one person throughout the entire process—from arranging the funeral to conducting the service on the day, and throughout the days that follow. We are also transparent about funeral costs, making the process easier for the families we serve.

Modern meets Traditional

The interior of the premises has been specifically designed to evoke a feeling of ‘homeliness’ when arranging bespoke funerals for loved ones or paying respects in our exclusive private chapel. While our modern facilities do not detract from the traditional aspects of the funeral ceremony, they help ensure that families experience total ease when crossing the threshold of our premises. Additionally, our dedicated funeral director in Wirral is here to assist with all aspects, including providing clarity on funeral costs.

Dignity, Care & Respect

At Kevin Lomax Funerals, your needs are our priority as we create bespoke funerals to honor your loved one. We offer a range of services, including beautiful bespoke floral tributes, horse-drawn hearses, and motorcycle hearses, along with specially made-to-order hand-finished coffins. As a trusted funeral director in Wirral, we understand that families should have the flexibility to view their loved one at a time that suits them, all while considering funeral costs.

Direct Cremation*

We recognise that each funeral is as individual and as unique as the person who has passed away. Some families may request bespoke funerals with a traditional or animated ceremony, while others may prefer a quiet and reflective service, or even choose to hold no funeral ceremony at all. At Kevin Lomax Funerals, we respect and embrace the personal wishes of the family, ensuring that all families are treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect in whatever choices they make.

Our Direct Cremation service offers a no ceremony and no mourners funeral option, which includes a standard coffin and cremation fee. The cremation will be scheduled at our discretion, and a hearse will be provided. We only use local crematoriums, and ashes can be collected after 5 working days. The cost of Direct Cremation, which is one of our affordable funeral options, is £2,298 and will need to be paid in full at the time of arrangement. If you're looking for a trusted funeral director in Wirral, you can count on us to guide you through this process with compassion.
